ODM Sticker (Casing-In) and Smasher (Building-In) are designed for entry-level, on-demand, hard cover bookbinding. ODM machines are simple to operate, self-adjusting and require no make-ready. These innovative, cost-effective bookbinding machines can produce 150 to 240 books per hour. ODM machines are built in the USA and work seamlessly together.

ODM Sticker (min. size: 4” x 6” x 1/8”; max.: 11” x 14” x 4”) features a new cover guide for thin books. A large format model with an optional extra paste attachment (for additional adhesive in the joint area) is now available for books up to a maximum of 17” x 14” x 4”. Other new options include: a small roller glue station for rounded and backed books and a three-position blade height control.

ODM Smasher is a self-adjusting hydraulic building-in machine. Dual button operation insures operator safety. An adjustable dwell timer controls the amount of time the book remains under (ten tons) pressure. A thermostat control for heated joint irons aid in forming a perfect joint thus producing ‘library-quality’ case-bound hard cover books.
